This was my second "real" cake. This one I made for my dad for father's day b/c he loves carrot cake. To be honest it tasted amazing. I don't remember where I got the recipe from...probably my Betty Crocker cookbook. I added walnuts and raisins...made it all from scratch! Even the cream cheese frosting. I'm not sure cream cheese frosting is the best frosting to use for decorating, but I did manage to create some cute carrots with it, even though positioned a bit haphazardly. Don't ask what I was going for on the bottom. I have no idea.
